Set-Up Time: Wednesday, February 24, 8 - 9AM and 1 - 4PM – Grand Cypress ABC
Tear Down Time: Thursday, February 25, 2 PM – 5 PM
VIP Ticket: Sent to all exhibitors for you to distribute to your key customers. Simply instruct your customers to bring the VIP Ticket with them to gain entry to the exhibit area in the resort. They are also welcome to enjoy a complimentary lunch in the exhibit area.
Exhibit hours for VIP attendees are:
Thursday, February 25 Noon – 2:00 PM
Poolside Reception: All exhibitors welcomed, February 25 from 5 PM - 7 PM
All exhibitors are welcome to attend the conference presentations, along with the golf outing (separate registration) and the Kennedy Space Center tour (separate registration).
Shipping Details: Hotel’s receiving entrance is open Mon.-Fri. 8AM-5PM (eastern). Any packages sent to the hotel should arrive no earlier than 3 days in advance. Please label materials as:
