Located between the Gulf beaches and Tampa Bay Florida, CompuLink is an ISO 9002 certified manufacturer of cables and harnesses for commercial and military applications.
The technician will: Clean, adjust, repair, and calibrate manual and automatic wire termination tooling. Set up and perform preventative maintenance on pneumatic and electric insulation stripping machines. Maintain and complete required production documentation. Applicants must have current hands-on experience with Tyco CLS and Komax Kappa machines applicators. Experience with Schleuniger machines is desirable.

CompuLink is looking for a Bid and Proposal Specialist to work in our headquarters, in St. Petersburg, FL.
Summary: Develops estimates and responses to contract proposals for appropriate specifications and scope of work. Executes successful responses to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quote (RFQ), via a broad base of technical/product knowledge. Interacts with other functional organizations including Production Engineering, Quality, Sales, Procurement, and Production Operations to assure costs, schedule and product quality are achievable. Plans, organizes, and coordinates estimating activity for the organization. Provides direction and support for other Estimating team members.
Qualifications: Experience with DOD/OEM and manufacturing business practices preferred. Knowledge of cables, harnesses and connectors preferred. Understanding of material selection, purchasing and pricing. Ability to comprehend labor costs, material costs and scheduling deadlines. Excellent communication skills-both written and oral. Experience in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Applications is a requirement.

Argon ST is currently searching for a Business Development Manager to work out of our Fairfax, VA, headquarters building.
This Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business for cable wire harnessing products within both the federal and commercial communities. The BD Manager is responsible for minimum annual bookings of $15-20M. The BD Manager is responsible for market analysis, competitive intelligence, strategy development, managing the execution of the strategy, and monitoring progress toward organizational objectives. The BD Manager may be involved with teaming decisions, pricing, and win strategies. The position requires a close working relationship with many other Argon ST groups, product lines, and employees.
The BD Manager will use a customer-focused marketing approach to identify the right solutions to customer problems and strong communication skills to convey those needs back to the proper groups within Argon; advise management of potentially valuable developing technology requirements (IRAD) to support new business capture; and participate in win/loss analysis and related process improvements.
This position is based in our Fairfax, VA headquarters; however, extensive travel is required throughout the US and possibly overseas.
Basic Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain Secret security clearance required
- Minimum 10 years experience working in the aircraft, electronics, and/or cable equipment industries
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate business development with demonstrated bookings and successful lead generation
- Proven record of successfully growing a business through new customers and markets

- Demonstrated experience winning multi-million dollar contracts
